Senior Product Manager

Description

SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day.

Product Managers manage the life-cycle of in-game mechanics and features, driving them from conception, through development and finally to live game performance. Through data-driven targeting, testing and impact evaluation, they will plan, define and then measure these mechanics and features, while aligning to the game’s long-term strategy, roadmap and goals in order to drive ongoing product growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various members of the game team to drive feature development to success
• Work with Designers and Producers to create and approve necessary requirements for future features and iterations
• Initiate comprehensive testing strategies for features that will be tested in-game
• Review game KPIs to proactively identify opportunities, trends, and threats as well as monitor performance of various game elements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive market
  
  

• 4+ Years’ experience as a Product Manager in B2C; Gaming, Social/Mobile, Casino preferred
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Critical thinking and creative problem solving
• Ability to develop positive professional relationships with multiple members of the game team including Engineers, Analysts and Project Managers through strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in data analysis is a plus
• Agile/Scrum software development education or experience is a plus
