Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Revenue Operations Specialist. The Revenue Operations Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes, optimize revenue-generating activities, and support revenue growth initiatives. This role is located in Tel Aviv District, Israel and offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience with sales operations, revenue/marketing operations, and forecasting
- Knowledge of CRM systems and related tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field
- Experience in B2B high-tech sales and marketing is a plus
- Data analysis, reporting, and visualization skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and assist in running marketing and sales operations.
- Implement and refine marketing strategies, leveraging HubSpot/Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Enhance buyer journey processes and optimize sales activities for improved efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience working with HubSpot/Salesforce CRM or other known CRM and marketing/sales automation.
- Experience in customer-centric work and a proactive learning attitude.
- Capability to seamlessly transition between multiple client projects.
- Strong initiative and a history of driving process improvements.
