Qualifications
- Proven experience with NLP/LLM for information retrieval - particularly from scientific texts.
- Experience interacting with database RESTful APIs and web scraping.
- Experience with querying and managing cloud databases via programmatic interaction.
- Python - Data analysis and visualization.
- Biological knowledge - a plus. Specifically, good understanding of genetics and structural biology.
