Job Summary: As the Infrastructure Manager for our esteemed bank client under you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical infrastructure operations in Jerusalem, Israel. You will lead a team of skilled IT professionals and ensure the smooth functioning of the bank's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, databases, and security systems. You will work closely with other IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver reliable and secure technology services to support the bank's operations and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the bank's IT infrastructure in Jerusalem, Israel, ensuring availability, reliability, and security.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Collaborate with other IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies, policies, and standards.
• Monitor and manage network, server, storage, and database systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Oversee security operations, including patching, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient resolution of technical issues and service requests.
• Manage infrastructure projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT infrastructure management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, system configurations, and disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in managing networks, servers, storage, databases, and security systems.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and security standards in the banking or financial services industry.
• Relevant certifications, such as ITIL, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or CISSP, would be a plus.
