HRIS and People Analytics

The Human Resources Department of Ashstrom Group is hiring HRIS and People Analytics.

What does the job include?

- Characterization and production of salary reports and employee data for the group management and the human resources department

- Building and producing monthly monitoring reports.

- Leading an examination and selection project of HR systems in the organization

- Leading the process of salary promotions and grants in the group

- Analysis of salary data and budget management - monitoring and control of salary costs and benefits

What is important for you to have?

- Bachelor's degree in economics/business administration/statistics/industrial engineering and management - mandatory

- Experience in an analytical role in a consulting company/organization - mandatory

- High command of Excel and PowerPoint - mandatory

- Technological orientation - mandatory

- Experience in the role of HRIS - a significant advantage

- Familiarity with the Hilan system and the Ofek report generator - an advantage

- Familiarity with employment agreements, and collective agreements - an advantage​
