We are seeking a Control Engineer to join our team at the Missile Systems Division.

What will you do:

Defining and analyzing system requirements and subsystem requirements disbursement.
Linear/non-linear flight control design.
Optimal/robust control planning methods.
Guidance and navigation system design.
Performing analyses of planning results.
Conducting integrations of subsystems and systems in digital simulations and real-time.
Support and participation in experiments.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering/Aeronautics/Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in control – mandatory.
3 years of experience in flight control algorithm development – mandatory.
Proficiency in software development tools and analysis (C, MATLAB/PYTHON) – advantage.
Navigation/estimation knowledge – advantage.

The Missile Systems Division is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering a variety of solutions, systems, and products in the fields of missile systems and space, communication, and navigation technologies.

In this role, you will be involved in developing control algorithms for flight and missile systems while understanding the system's intricacies from the initial work stage through preliminary design, detailed design, and up to conducting field experiments.
