Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Logistics Coordinator, located in Tel Aviv, with some flexibility to work from home. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing inventory, supply chain management, communication with vendors and customers, and ensuring customer service satisfaction. Other tasks may include coordinating with manufacturers, tracking shipments, and monitoring the delivery of orders.

Responsibilities

1. Equipment Maintenance

  - Conduct routine maintenance checks on Exodigo specialty equipment.

  - Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.

2. Inspections

  - Inspect equipment before and after projects to identify and address any potential issues.

  - Document and report any damages or malfunctions.

3. Record Keeping

  - Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

  - Provide documentation for rental equipment history.

4. Collaboration

  - Work closely with R&D, OPS, supply chain manger all for shipping equipment and to coordinate equipment availability and maintenance schedules.

  - Communicate effectively with other departments to address cross-functional needs.

5. Inventory Management

  - Keep track of inventory levels for replacement parts and order supplies as needed.

  - Monitor stock levels to ensure the availability of essential parts.

  - Stay informed about new equipment models and technologies.

6. Quality Control

  - Ensure that all equipment meets quality standards before being rented out.

  - Implement measures to improve overall equipment reliability.

7. Shipping and Receiving

  - Ensure that all equipment meets quality standards before being rented out.

Qualifications

• Strong Technical Abilities & Mechanical Aptitude
• working with ERP systems
• Experience with shipping companies
• Proven experience in a similar role over 2 years , preferably in a shop or industrial setting.
• Valid driving license
