SQA Engineer

Augmedics, a medical device start-up developing an Augmented Reality Guided Surgery System, is seeking for a Software Quality Engineer.

As an SQA Engineer, reporting to the SQA Team Leader, you will manage and execute the testing procedures based on the company’s quality system standards. You will be part of a team that works on manual testing development and ensure the robustness of the software.

Main tasks, duties, and responsibilities:

• Design test plans, scenarios, or procedures.
• Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report defects to software developers.
• Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
• Escort and test prototypes and find problems in the design.
• Investigate customer problems referred by technical support.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as an SQA Engineer
• Experience in a multidisciplinary product environment
• Experience in manual testing
• Experience in SQA of Medical Devices – a significant advantage
• Working with Jira - an advantage
• High proficiency in English
