About the Role:

The Data Product Manager leverage their expertise in data and business acumen to identify and translate the business strategy into scalable data products that bring significant value to the company.

We seek a passionate data enthusiast who can effectively convert business requirements into data solutions, establish strong relationships, implement methodologies and processes, and take ownership of intricate data projects.

As a Data Product Manager, you will have a direct impact on and guide the work of a team comprising engineers, data scientists, and data analysts, ensuring the successful collection, development, and delivery of the data products they create.

Responsibilities:

·      Lead the data language, data initiatives and requirements E2E

·      Lead a team of experienced data analysts

·      Work closely with data science & dev team, leading the ML&AI business initiatives

·      Always lead by innovation, industry trends and new technologies

Requirements:

·      Data savvy with a strong hands-on background with data analysis and BI platforms

·      Experience with big data and ML algorithms and projects

·      2+ years product management experience

·      Strong organizational and analytical skills

·      Great communication skills

·      A problem solver with a can-do attitude

·      Ability to optimally prioritize and execute in a dynamic environment, effective at decision-making and navigating uncertainty

·      Team player

·      Experience with Scrum methodologies - advantage
