Junior Bookkeeper (Part time)

We are recruiting a Junior Bookkeeper to join our growing finance department

Responsibilities:

• Manage vendors (AP)
• Recording invoices
• Prepare the bi-weekly payments.
• Manage expenses, reimbursement and travel expense reports
• Record credit card transactions, and prepare monthly reconciliation
• Assist in annual audit and tax return process
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and system improvements to enhance the workflow of the department
• Ad-hoc tasks as required
  
  

• Certified bookkeeper - an advantage
• Experience with tax compliance - VAT, Odfot, Nikuim, etc - an advantage
• Experience with Priority system - an advantage
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Excel (Pivot, xlookup, etc.)
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English - an advantage
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
