Finance Operations and Project Manager

About The Role

• Lead and take part in different finance related operational projects: design, implement, test and document to provide with high-quality solutions which meet the business needs
• Design data migration sets using BI and Excel tools, while working with different business owners within the finance department
• Plan and execute data migration process to accommodate with proper data cleansing processes and SOX controls
• Lead and execute user acceptance tests programs working in conjunctions with end users and business applications team
• Own specific finance operations ongoing tasks and processes which support the business needs
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in a finance role, experienced in working with large data sets and different operational processes
• Experience in leading high scale cross organizational projects
• Deep understanding of GL recording, account structure and finance processes.
• Skilled in extracting, transforming, and loading massive datasets into an ERP systems (Netsuite is a plus).
• High attention to details working with a large volume of transactions, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools (Tableau is a plus )
• Experience with ERP implementation (NetSuite is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's in Economics, Accounting, Industrial engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Fluent English – writing and verbal
