People Analytics Specialist

Description

Reporting to the CPO, the People Analytics Specialist will be in charge of collecting and maintaining the HR data (in our system and Monday boards), ensuring data quality, analyzing and reporting various HR data sets, proposing ways to improve our HR strategies and processes and driving implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Bob, our HR system, and various Monday boards, ensuring on-time data accuracy and quality
• Conduct analyses and produce the following reports:
  
  

• Prepare, kick off and monitor various HR processes in Bob (e.g., Check-In and On-Boarding feedback cycles, etc.)
• Provide data support to other HR team members in their projects
• Manage projects where data is a key ingredient
• Serve as our Monday Master: With HR team members, develop Monday Boards for their projects and report project status
• Help prepare the annual HR budget and provide quarterly status
• Provide scheduling assistance as needed
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in HRIS/People Analytics, working with HR system – Experience with Bob – a plus
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong expertise in Excel (level of Pivot Tables, formulas and handling big data files)
• Experience with Monday
• Strong detail orientation, accuracy and sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in Power Point
• Project Management skills

• Experience and willingness to work in a fast-pace, changing start up work environment, including a “do whatever it takes” attitude
• Relevant degree – a plus
