LiveU is looking for a Quality Assurance Team Leader to join our team.

Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Team Leader will play a major role in the MIS technology team, by leading the group to the next level, quality-wise, methodology determination, documentation, and test execution.

As a Quality Assurance Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance team and all aspects of software and product testing within the MIS dept. This may include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports to ensure the smooth running of the QA team and ultimately customer satisfaction.

You will define the scope of testing in projects, create, maintain, manage, and enforce Test plan, perform risk analysis, and manage the QA entire lifecycle, including requirement gathering, scenario creation, case documentation, readiness review, tests execution, ongoing reporting to stakeholders, test closure, UAT, and deployment.

• QA certification
• Previous experience as a QA Engineer – manual and automation – 5 years and above
• Fluent English
• Advanced written and verbal communication
• High-level analytical skills.
• Detail oriented
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Managerial experience
• knowledge of Salesforce (CRM), Priority (ERP) or Workato (Integration)
• knowledge of Jira, Jenkins
• Experience in global organizations
