Financial Controller

We are looking for a highly motivated top talent to join our finance leadership as a financial controller and play a key role in leading the company’s finance organization.

In 2023, ODDITY acquired Revela - a biotech start-up that uses AI-based molecule discovery to bring next-generation, proprietary ingredients to the beauty & wellness market.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, develop and implement new financial working processes and procedures within the finance team.

• Play a key role in the month-end, quarter and year-end closing process.

• Provide comprehensive financial updates to management by evaluating, analyzing, and raising flags as needed.

• Supervise and support the outsource accounting team regularly.

• Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize the protection of the company's assets, policies, procedures, and workflows

• Help management to identify profit improvement opportunities and cost savings

• Help manage the Company’s equity procedures.

• Work with the Company's external auditors on quarterly reviews and annual audits

• Undertake ad-hoc corporate financial tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• CPA with 2-3 years of experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a university or a leading college - must

• Excellent English (writing and speaking) - must

• Background from one of the BIG 4 – must

• Fast learner

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and service orientation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and extensive working hours as needed, in a fast-paced and changing environment – must
