We are looking for a Head of Business Development who control Monetization & will be a key figure within our organization, owning our programmatic display and video ad stack, and ensuring the effective monetization of our digital assets.
the Head of Business Development will be Building a strategy and overview of the team next to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Explore new opportunities and cultivate business connections simultaneously
- Negotiate business terms leveraging analytical insights
- Develop and execute strategies based on target KPI
- Initiate and guide new opportunities within existing relationships and identify revenue prospects
- Cultivate professional associations with senior managers
- Enthusiastically discover new prospects and construct a commercial pipeline
- Lead the optimization strategy for website ad technologies
- Utilize partner optimization and revenue analysis to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, recommend workflow changes and implement technical solutions
- Orchestrate cross-departmental technical ad projects involving Ad Operations, BI, Product, and R&D to optimize revenue generation.
- Act as a subject matter expert for our SSPs/Exchange partners on all inventory and technical issues to ensure seamless integration and uninterrupted monetization.
- Advocate for industry best practices and emerging advertising technologies to continually maximize revenue potential.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ad Ops, Revenue Ops, or Ad Tech, with a strong focus on monetization.
- Proven track record in Business Development\affiliate management in an online marketing\ digital commerce company
- Familiarity and understanding of current digital advertising products (DFP/GAM, Google Adx, Header Bidding, Instream/Out-stream).
- Proven ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
- Experience developing new markets and go-to-market strategies, including taking the lead in such planning.
- Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience in managing large customer portfolios.
- Effective time management and project planning skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across various projects.
- Experience working with C level managers – advantage
- Experience with content arbitrage is considered an advantage.
- Fluent English speaker\ mother tongue level
