Senior lead Software Engineer - GO/Golang (Telecom)

Position Overview: I am seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer with expertise in Go.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the end-to-end development of features, taking ownership from requirements analysis through implementation and ongoing support. As a key member of our team, you will also act as a technical lead, overseeing and reviewing the code of fellow developers.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on development using Go to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Must

• Take end-to-end responsibility for features, including requirements analysis, feature design, implementation, and ongoing support.

• Act as a technical lead, providing guidance to the development team and reviewing/merging code contributions.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including system, DevOps, and support, to ensure seamless integration of software components.

• Leverage previous experience in the telecom market to contribute valuable insights and domain-specific knowledge.

• Utilize expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) and microservices architecture to design and implement scalable and resilient software solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on Golang\GO development.

• Extensive experience in the telecom market, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and

requirements.

• Proficiency in Kubernetes and microservices architecture.

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of features and deliver high-quality results.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in a technical leadership role, including code review and mentorship of team members.
