We seek a skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in LinkedIn Automation.

As a specialist in this role, you will be responsible for leveraging advanced LinkedIn automation tools and strategies to generate high-quality leads for our business. The ideal candidate will identify and nurture potential business prospects for our organization. Leveraging your expertise in LinkedIn automation tools and strategies, you will be responsible for creating and executing outbound lead generation campaigns to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.

• Utilize LinkedIn automation tools and software to streamline and optimize outbound lead generation processes.
• Develop and implement automated messaging sequences, connection requests, and engagement strategies on LinkedIn to connect with target audiences.
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads, key decision-makers, and industry influencers on LinkedIn.
• Analyze and segment target markets to tailor outreach strategies based on industry, company size, and other relevant factors.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling and targeted messaging for outbound campaigns - both LinkedIn and email campaigns.
• Design and execute personalized and automated email sequences to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Continuously evaluate and improve data quality to enhance the effectiveness of outbound lead generation efforts.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of LinkedIn automation campaigns.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement adjustments to enhance campaign success.

What does it take?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven 1-2 years of experience as a lead generation specialist or PPC campaign manager, preferably with a focus on LinkedIn automation.
• In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn automation tools and strategies.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles - B2B experience is a plus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Familiarity with CRM systems - HubSpot experience is a plus!
• Tech enthusiasm, a passion for innovative cloud and security technologies, and no fear of technical jargon.
• English - Native or a very high level (must feel comfortable working only in English, including basic content writing)
