Operation and R&D Director

We are in search of a visionary and experienced Operation and R&D Director to lead our operations and technological development.

The successful candidate will work alongside other top executives and will have a major say in our strategic planning and direction.

Key Responsibilities

· Set the company's technology strategy: developing a vision for technology that propels the company forward.

· Develop and lead the R&D project pipeline.

· Lead the work of the engineering team towards technological advancements in wave energy solutions.

· Management of the technology portfolio and intellectual property.

· Ensure the efficient implementation of pilot and commercial scale projects in Israel and abroad (paying attention to timeline and budgets).

· Ensure the scalability and effectiveness of the technological system.

· Lead cost reduction processes and manage critical vendors.

· Oversee the execution and delivery of feasibility studies.

· Lead and assist with grant preparation and management from the technical aspect.

Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience in managerial and engineering roles at multidisciplinary companies, preferably within the energy sector.

B.Sc. in Engineering/Physics. M.Sc. or related advanced degree is an advantage.

Knowledge of the latest technology trends and a sound understanding of the renewable energy industry.

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.

· "Hands-on" attitude – willing to take an active role in achieving the goals.

High-level English- a must. Russian- Advantage.
