Main Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to oversee projects within the Information Systems and Technologies department. This includes:

Project Management in Information Systems: 

Leading the initiation, characterization, and analysis phases of projects.

Overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of systems and services.

Analyzing and characterizing business processes.

Gathering client requirements and assessing the existing infrastructure.

Drafting requirement documents and system characterization, including high-level and detailed designs.

Support for Implemented Systems/Services:

Providing ongoing support and maintenance for deployed systems.

Managing system upgrades and enhancements as required.

Implementation Planning:

Formulating and executing detailed implementation plans for projects.

Acceptance Testing Management:

Planning acceptance test scripts.

Conducting test rounds and ensuring system integrity.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Management Engineering, with specialization in Information Systems.

Completion of an Information Systems Analysis course is highly desirable.

Experience:

Mandatory:

2-3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.

Advantageous: 1-2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst.

Familiarity with the Priority system is highly advantageous.
