Meet easyplant

At easyplant, we believe that everyone deserves to have beautiful plants at home. We created a unique self-watering solution, allowing anyone to become a plant owner, even if they are not experienced in caring for plants. Rooted in scientific research, easyplant's innovative plants require minimal maintenance (watering once a month), resulting in an average lifespan 6x longer than the typical houseplant. By redefining how plants are cared for, we are disrupting the common perception of who can be a 'plant parent' and making plants something we can all enjoy at home.

easyplants are sold directly to consumers in the US through our e-commerce website (www.easyplant.com) with top-notch packaging, shipping and customer service.

easyplant is a part of Mixtiles, one of the leading global B2C brands in Israel today and one of the biggest Israeli e-commerce advertisers on Meta, TikTok and Google.

About the role

As a direct-to-consumer product, our growth is driven by people discovering and purchasing our products in a variety of channels. Our main channel for advertising is Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and we are scaling our activity on TikTok. As a Paid Social Manager, you will have ownership of our biggest sales channel and have a meaningful impact on our revenue growth.

• Own all Meta and TikTok campaign management for easyplant (Meta is our biggest sales channel)
• Plan, analyze and optimize campaigns on a daily basis - ultimately leading to increased growth
• Create beautiful and effective ads for Meta & TikTok channels, in close collaboration with our creative team
• Develop our channel strategy and overall planning for Meta & TikTok
  
  

• Has a passion for marketing, with a solid understanding of how to deliver a clear message that drives sales
• Has strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English
• Is super smart and loves analyzing numbers and data
• Independent, detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
• A strong collaborator who enjoys working as part of a team
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree from a top institution (advantage: engineering, science, economics, accounting, law)
• Proven track record of excellence (e.g. elite military service / summa cum laude in university / high psychometric score / competitive athlete, etc.)
• Advantage: 1-2 years of full-time work experience (not necessarily marketing related)
