We are looking for a User Acquisition Specialist to join ONE ZERO and revolutionize banking services. Our mission is to challenge traditional banking norms and make private banking accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial background.

As a User Acquisition you will develop and manage strategic campaigns to acquire new users for the company's e-commerce platform, while also focusing on boosting sales.

Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Identify target audiences and acquisition opportunities
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement user acquisition plans aligned with business goals in both sectors
• Campaign Management: Create and manage digital campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on driving sales and capital market engagement
• Analysis and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance in real-time and optimizing for e-commerce KPIs
• Partnerships: Establish relationships with e-commerce platforms, influencers, and affiliates
• Reporting: Generate customized reports, present results, and provide recommendations to management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in digital campaign
• In-depth knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn, with a nuanced understanding of e-commerce best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project management and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in analytical tools
