Sales Team Manager

An established boutique company, in the field of safety and accessibility for

educational institutions, is looking to hire an experienced field sales and

business development team manager!

The company is experiencing meteoric growth and is seeking to expand our

services by hiring professional, innovative, and visionary individuals!

Areas of Responsibility:

 Manage and motivate salespeople

 Retention of existing customers

 Locate new customers

 Ongoing work with strategic clients

 Sell to strategic customers

 Business development

 Recruit and train salespeople

 Provide feedback and use measurement tools

 Build business plans to increase sales

Required skills in the professional and social field:

 At least 3 years of experience in a similar position as a field sales team

manager - mandatory!

 Bachelor's degree - mandatory

 Master's degree - an advantage

 Able to work independently and in a team

 Strong ability to read reports and draw conclusions

 Strong ability to implement

 Analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and dedication to the

job

 Able to work with multiple tasks

 Independent learning ability and ambition

 Loves people and working with them

 Excellent interpersonal relations and empathy

 High level English
