Plant Manager - Unmanned Aerial Systems Division

The division stands at the forefront of planning, development, and production of military systems, primarily for security clients. The division offers a wide range of unmanned aerial vehicles in various sizes, equipped with multiple sensor types, covering the full spectrum of operational requirements for its clients. UAS systems are in operational service with over 50 users across five continents, accumulating over 2.1 million flight hours to date. The division comprises approximately 1,200 employees, with sales exceeding half a billion dollars.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager of the Military Aircraft Division.

Requirements:

Israeli citizenship.

An academic degree.

5 years of experience in project management and/or business unit management and/or organized body.

Experience in business negotiation.

Proficiency in English.

Criteria:

Experience in engineering systems and in-depth knowledge of complex systems.

Experience working with suppliers and customers domestically and internationally.

Experience working with markets and/or products the facility operates in.

Knowledge of financial reports/analyses.

Preference for candidates with academic qualifications in: Engineering, Exact Sciences, Economics, Accounting certification, Business Management, and/or an additional academic degree.
