Technical Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated Professional Services Team Lead to join our Delivery department !

Our Professional Services teams are responsible for the technical delivery to our customers by implementing Cyber Security solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Lead, mentor and manage a team of talented Professional Services Engineers

· Perform technical integration activities of the existing platform

· Perform end-to-end test to verify the integration for product owner sign off;

· Business analysis to ensure that product owners requirements are clearly understood;

· Provide updates to Project Managers regarding the status of your project deliverables

· Support operational team with integration and new requirements launches

Requirements:

· 3+ years experience in technical integration\ system administration \system\IT\post sale

activities

· 1-2 years of management experience

· Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Advantage: Experience in cyber industry

· Advantage: Experience in CyberArk\ForcePoint\MFT products
