Marketing Manager

In this role, you'll lead the marketing portfolio, overseeing sales aspects, market shares, and profitability within the Arab market.

Your responsibilities include crafting business plans, defining the marketing strategy, and executing it by managing launch activities, analyzing reports, monitoring brand and competitor performance, and overseeing marketing projects.

You'll construct detailed marketing plans for multiple brands, focusing on innovation and leading broad marketing initiatives.

Maintain a continuous dialogue with internal stakeholders, such as production sites, sales division, supply chain, R&D unit, and marketing communication unit.

Additionally, foster relationships with external entities like advertising agencies, design studios, public relations, and sales promotion offices.

What do you need?

- A bachelor's degree is a must, and having a master's degree is a plus.

- At least 5 years of experience in marketing/advertising/strategic consulting within the Arab community.

- Significant experience in the food industry is a valuable advantage.

- Proven experience in crafting and leading work plans.

- Team management experience is a plus.
