FRA Head

About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic FRA (Finance Reporting and Accounting) Head to join our amazing team in Sandoz subsidiary in Israel.

Sandoz Global is a worldwide pioneer and a market leader in generics and biosimilars. Its products touching the lives of hundreds of millions patients around the globe.

The FRA Head will manage all the accounting, reporting and taxes areas of the company in Israel and will work with local and global internal and external functions.

The FRA Head will report to Sandoz Israel CFO.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the integrity, viability, and interoperability of financial reporting processes and systems, including tax, corporate internal controls, payments and purchasing data.
• Management and operating the reporting processes to agreed quality and fast close timeline.
• Managing the accounting and reporting interfaces between other Sandoz functions in Europe and with local subsidiary and external bodies
• Providing financial accounting services and data in a timely and accurate manner; ensuring appropriate information is provided to relevant individuals and external bodies.
• Managing external audit processes and support compliance for various tax-related reports (i.e.: VAT, corporate tax, employee tax).
• Supervision of the development and maintenance of current reporting systems (SAP BW, Excel); integrated other requirements and the changing needs of the organization so that reporting processes are met efficiently and responsively.
• Preparation of ad-hoc and routine accounting/management information and quality financial analysis in order to support global and organizational requirements.
• Managing and automating the provision of routine information to local users from SAP BW, and performing ‘super user’ responsibilities for Finance and Controlling modules in SAP.

Role Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in Big 4 firm
• Great team Player but also ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills
• Stakeholders management
• Business acumen
• Problems solving skills
• Analytical mindset
• Enterprise System knowledge (SAP)
• English proficient
• Hebrew fluent
• Experience from the industry is an advantage
