About This Opportunity

Align's Production Engineering department is seeking a Production Engineer student to join the team, you'll actively contribute to the efficiency of our production line, covering E2E operation process including workstations and jigs. Your role involves troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with a diverse team, and actively participating in continuous improvement. You'll also analyze production data (including SW logs), providing valuable insights for data-driven decision-making. This opportunity allows you to work at the forefront of technology, closely coordinating with departments like Logistics, R&D, Quality, and Production.

In this role, you will…

• Oversee production process, optimize workstations and jigs, and enhance overall production efficiency as a Production Engineer.
• Play a key role in a multidisciplinary team, actively improving both product and production processes.
• Analyze software logs & production data for strategic insights, present concise summary, contributing to data-driven decision-making to various stakeholders including management.
• Engage in collaborative coordination, working with Logistics, R&D, Quality, and Production for a comprehensive approach to engineering endeavors.
  
  

In this role, you’ll need …

• Second- or third-year student in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent- Must
• Ability to analyze and solve technical challenges, showcasing a practical and hands-on approach to addressing issues.
• To be a team Player with outstanding interpersonal skills being an active participant in a collaborative team, working collectively to solve technical issues and improve production processes.
• Familiarity with MS PowerPoint & Excel )VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc..)
• Can-Do Attitude
• Technical background and/or experience in Engineering environment – strong advantage
• Work from the office in Petah Tikva 2-3 times a week
• English- high level
