Role and Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision and Leadership:

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.
• Participate actively in ongoing Product-Market Fit (PMF) initiatives within a rapidly evolving industry.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to drive continuous innovation.
  
  

Product Roadmap and Execution:

• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
• Define, prioritize, and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions.
  
  

Customer Focus:

• Conduct market research and engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights to enhance product features and user experience.
• Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the product development process.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Foster a culture of open communication and knowledge-sharing within the product team and across the organization.
  
  

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Utilize data analytics and metrics to make informed decisions and continuously optimize product performance.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and features.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of product management experience
• Experience managing B2B SaaS products for enterprise clients - a must
• High proficiency in interacting with clients, spanning from C-level management buyers to engaging in technical discussions
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching successful products from concept to market
• Ability to understand technical designs and discuss architectural concepts
• A good eye for UI and UX design
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• Data-driven mindset with a strong analytical and problem-solving orientation.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
• Passion for staying at the forefront of technological advancements and a commitment to continuous learning
