As a Product Growth Director, you will be driving new growth engines, market share expansion, and revenue optimization.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

• Managing and mentoring product managers
• Designing advanced solutions for complex user experience and system challenges.
• Collaborating with other Product, BI, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Tracking and optimizing product changes for goal alignment, including doubling down on high-performing items.
• Gathering feedback from colleagues and customers, incorporating it into the design cycle.
  
  

About You

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience, demonstrating success in delivering products.
• 3+ years of direct management of product managers.
• Experience in product growth - an advantage.
• Software Engineering background – an advantage
• Domain knowledge of Account Payables - an advantage.
• Collaborative and selfless mindset, prioritizing team success over personal recognition.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Strong business sense and interest in market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
• Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Innovative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to multitask.
• "Get Stuff Done" attitude - an initiator and a pusher, demonstrating the urge and ability to make things happen.
