Your Impact

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft solutions such as Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and SQL Server
• Ensure the security, availability, performance, and scalability of the Microsoft infrastructure
• Manage and troubleshoot issues related to the Microsoft infrastructure and provide root cause analysis and resolution
• Plan and execute migrations, upgrades, and integrations of Microsoft solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for the Microsoft infrastructure
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to other engineers and support staff
• Research and evaluate new technologies and best practices related to Microsoft infrastructure
• Work closely with other IT teams and business units to understand the requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations

Your Toolbox

• At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure engineering and administration
• At least 5 years of experience in a large enterprise environment (preferably hi-tech)
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft solutions such as Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and SQL Server
• Strong skills in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Experience in cloud and hybrid environments and migration projects
• Experience in network and security technologies and protocols
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies such as MCSE, MCSA, or Azure are preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
