Production Control Manager/Planner

Sherman is recruiting planners and project managers for our production supervision planning department.

• Client management:

- Human Relations.

- Integration of a set of data and between different departments in the factory.

- Ability to make decisions in stressful situations.

- Ability to translate the client's needs within the organization to the various departments in the plant.

- high level English.

- Interface work with Arena/Agile engineering systems.

- Working with product trees/implementing engineering changes.

• Planning:

- Ability to analyze and process data

- Mirroring and the ability to convey messages

- Knowledge and experience with the Excel environment

- Performing simulations of material and analyzing product trees

- The position is also open to students. Industrial and management engineers/economics/engineers who are available to work a minimum amount of 4 days a week.

- Preference for candidates with experience in the priority system

- Preference for candidates looking for commitment to the organization and long-term stability
