What will you do:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Manager for an expert’s team in our AI Centre of Excellence. You will be responsible for initiating and overseeing the early stages of pioneering of innovative solutions mainly in the AI/ML areas and their adoption within multiple R&D teams. You will also lead a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the group.

• Inspire, mentor, and develop the team of experts.
• Build a sense of belonging for the team members, maintain the current team’s culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, trust and professionalism.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other leads in a collaborative and dynamic manner.
• Handling early stage ideas – facilitate POC creation, making “the unknown – known”.
• Finding and nurturing areas of strength for each team member, allocating tasks accordingly.
• Collaboration / coordination with multiple senior peers on multiple projects - R&D, PM and others.
• Gain and maintain high trust of the organization – to build best-practices and recommend tools in a highly-professional manner.
  
  

• At least 10 years of experience in R&D, innovation, or product development.
• At least 7 years of managerial experience, with emphasis on mentoring experts (less execution).
• Highly creative, curious, analytical, and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and inspire novel solutions.
• Passionate about innovation and continuous learning, and willing to embrace change and uncertainty.
• Capability to coordinate dozens of concurrent projects and engagements.
• Passionate around sharing and distributing knowledge to multiple R&D teams and escort them throughout their change processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
