Tech Lead position in UX for defense systems involves highlighting a unique blend of technical, leadership, and communication skills. This role not only requires deep technical expertise in UX and defense technologies but also strong leadership qualities and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and team members. Your Role:

• Develop and engineer comprehensive applications from the ground up.
• Enhance user experience on various platforms including desktop, mobile, and unique display systems.
• Be involved in every stage of product development - from the initial idea to design, execution, and refinement.
• Problem-solve application challenges and improve existing systems.
• Work in sync with creative teams to brainstorm and ensure cohesive development of all application aspects.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with diverse teams to establish application designs and frameworks.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years in full-stack web development, with a strong focus on front-end.
• Proficient in essential front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, Blazor, or Flutter. Mastery of multiple frameworks is a plus.
• Solid understanding of network protocols (HTTP/TCP/UDP) and related technologies.
• Experience with state management tools like Mobx, Redux, RxJS. Familiarity with multiple tools will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Git and various branching methodologies.
• Skilled in creating and using RESTful APIs with frameworks like Node Express, NestJS, ASP.NET Core. Experience with more than one is beneficial.
• Proven ability in architecting front-end applications from scratch is desirable.

Additional Qualifications (not mandatory but beneficial):

• Security clearance from IDF.
• Grasp of key design principles for scalable applications.
• Experience with mapping technologies (Cesium, Mapbox, Leaflet, etc.).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Basic familiarity with databases (SQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
