Product Analyst Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team specializing in product analysis.
• Support integrations and lead data-driven optimization
• Work closely with multiple interfaces to maintain business needs
• Identify training needs for the team and own personal development processes
• Identify opportunities for improving our product supported by quantitative data analysis
• Analyze and manage data at a large scale to derive actionable insights.
• Plan and oversee the delivery of concrete information to development and product teams.
• Guide pilot projects, ensure their success, and develop winning strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an analysis role, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation.
• Previous leadership or managerial experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and develop a team.
• Ability to handle and navigate high-pressure situations effectively.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with a strong grasp of data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
