Maintenance Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and recommend maintenance policies and programs to maximize yields and reduce costs.
• Ensure that all utilities and equipment are in proper working order to support production.
• Recruitment and operation of subcontractors as needed.
• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities of maintenance department to ensure efficient operations in the facility.
• Responsible for daily set up of machinery and equipment prior to production for efficient and effective operation.
• Coordinated and scheduled all preventative maintenance activities for all plant equipment, including the building infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in establishing a food/pharma facility
• Experience in facility maintenance that includes machinery, electricity, and water
• Experience in writing operating instructions for machines
• Control of computerized systems
• Engineer/Practical Eng in Mechanical/Electrical or other fields
• GMP experience
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry- an advantage
