Technical Procurement and Purchasing Manager

Position Overview: The Manager of Technical Procurement and Purchasing plays a pivotal role in ensuring the high-level of sourcing and suppliers’ selection to ensure long-term plans for acquiring goods and services both within Israel and from international suppliers.This role requires expertise in negotiation, supplier relationship management, risk management to ensure smooth delivery of multi-million worth of goods. An ideal candidate will have experience in hands-on purchasing, managerial experience and a deep understanding of utilizing data and analytics to improve efficiency and value. Reporting to vp operations.

Qualifications:

1. bachelor’s degree in logistics, economics or another related field.

2. Experience in purchasing mechanical and electrical parts and systems - must.

3. Hands-on experience with large scale English language negotiations versus global suppliers.

4. Strong proficiency in ERP tools.

5. Experience in managing buyers.

6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
