Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated, talented, and dedicated microbiologist to join our research team. The team's focus is to produce honey without bees by accurately mimicking the enzymatic processes of honey production in nature using innovative molecular approaches.
Requirements:
1.Advanced academic degree (PhD or MSc) in Life Science/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry or related field.
2.Experience in microbiology lab work – required.
3.Experience in molecular biology techniques – required.
4.Strong scientific orientation, solid planning and reasoning skills, strong hands-on capabilities, order, organization, and accuracy.
5.Ability for independent and teamwork with excellent human skills, high learning ability, motivation and ability to integrate into a challenging and dynamic role.
6.Development and assimilation of new methods, improvement of existing methods.
7.Writing methods and reports.
8.Communication with other internal and external organizational laboratories.
9. High level English (reading and writing) - required.
10. Industrial/Postdoctoral , bioreactor operation experience, precision fermentation – an advantage.
