New Product Introduction Engineer

We are looking for an NPI Engineer to join our growing Operation department.

You will be the key person to support all the NPI processes from development to mass production.

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication and analytical skills, experienced with Manufacturing processes and Supply Chain activities.

This role will support managing materials and processes. Reporting to the COO.

Job description:

• Coordinate with R&D and production departments to develop and implement manufacturing requirements.
• Define product test plans and protocols as part of the manufacturing process.
• Manage and conduct ECO and QA processes and ensure compliance with procedures and work instructions.
• Responsible for DMR and DHR documentation.
• Managing BOM and inventory levels.
• Prepare (with R&D department) the assembly instructions and guidelines, and communicate those to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Plan and execute material deliveries to subcontractors, including preparation of kits for production and R&D departments.
• Build and manage work plans for the different departments.
• Supporting procurement team with purchasing activities: issuing purchase orders, communicating, and negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
• Supporting warehouse activities and inventory management, receiving supply and documentation.
• Consistently seeking new opportunities to improve and initiate processes, costs and methods.
• Working closely with various teams such as Design, Finance, R&D and Electronic department.

Must Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as an NPI Engineer in a Technology/start-up company.
• Experience in writing product documentation, protocol and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (BSc in industrial engineering/ electrical/ mechanical engineering).
• Experience with developing and manufacturing processes of multidiscipline products, Electronic knowledge.
• Work experience in ERP environment.

Other Requirements:

• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical drawings - an advantage.
• High-level proficiency in Excel.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
