Temporary Data Sales Operator

CP is mostly focused on Food and Agriculture, where we provide solutions across the supply chain, from Farmers to Ag companies, food manufacturers, and more. CP is the world’s leader in providing portable, fast, non-intrusive material analysis solutions. 

CP’s technology is multidisciplinary, based on proprietary Near Infrared spectrometers, Machine learning algorithms, and Software that form a robust and highly-performing material analysis tool.  

The company is growing fast, expanding its reach in agriculture, food, and other industry segments. 

We are looking for a Temporary Data Sales Operator responsible for various sales projects, including data entry into the sales system and finding contacts through different platforms for our sales department. This position will report to the BDR.

This position is temporary for 1 month and 60% part-time (3 days per week), which can be suitable for students.

Responsibilities

• To research and identify key contacts within our sales projects. This will involve using various tools and platforms to gather accurate and up-to-date contact 

information, including names, titles, email addresses, and phone numbers.

• To enter all gathered data meticulously into Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. This may involve creating new records, updating existing ones, and organizing data in a structured manner within the Salesforce platform.

Skills Required

• Salesforce Proficiency: You should understand Salesforce and its functionalities, particularly in data entry and management.

• Experience with Prospect Research Tools: Previous experience using tools like Zoominfo and LinkedIn for prospecting and contact acquisition is essential. You should be comfortable navigating these platforms to find relevant contacts and gather necessary information for sales outreach.

• This position is suitable for a junior-level candidate; self-motivation is crucial. You should be proactive in your research and data entry approach.
