Senior Product Manager

We are seeking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and delivering our solutions to the Web3 ecosystem. You will work closely with our research, engineering, design, sales and marketing to ensure our products aligns with market demand, user needs, and industry best practices, reporting to the CEO. A background in Web3 technologies and a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts will be highly advantageous in this role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing all parts of our SaaS security product, self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering innovative products and solutions in the SaaS security industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

🙆 Responsibilities

• Own the full process from discovery, implementation, and tracking.
• Conduct market research, gather user feedback, represent the customer’s voice, and analyze industry trends to identify product opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.
• Work closely with Marketing and CEO to define go-to-market strategies.
• Define and drive the product roadmap, features and functionality based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications, user stories and manage the features backlog.
• Manage the product development lifecycle, including conducting user acceptance testing and ensuring product quality.
• Monitor and analyze product metrics, user behavior, and feedback to continually improve product performance and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with Web3 technologies, cybersecurity best practices, and industry standards to guide product development and inform decision-making.
• Act as a product evangelist and build growth loops, conducting demos, presentations, and training sessions for internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and provide product training and support

👻 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity B2B SaaS product management and/or Blockchain products
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing the development and delivery of web applications or software products from scratch for an early-stage startup company all the way to hyper-growth.
• Basic programming skills and familiarity with any programing language
• Passion for cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, such as L2s, smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and related protocols - an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira and product management frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and collaboration skills with clients, partners and experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales
• Fluent in English- verbal and writing
