Finance Manager

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Finance Manager to take on a challenging and impactful role!

In this role, you'll be responsible for shaping the financial policies of the company, collaborating in their approval, conducting economic analyses, preparing financial reports, and crafting annual and multi-year budgets aligned with the company's strategic plan.

Your duties will extend to overseeing investment plans, formulating pricing policies, managing cash flows, and taking charge of accounts and bookkeeping.

What are we looking for?

- A must: Certified Public Accountant license. Economics degree is an advantage.

- Minimum of 3 years of team/financial department management experience in an industrial manufacturing company.

- Experience in an agricultural company or a background in agriculture is a plus.

- Prior experience with major international accounting firms (BIG4) is an advantage.

- Experience in consolidating profit and loss units into a single entity is a plus.

- Excellent presentation skills.
