Consolidations Controller and Global SOX (Section Manager)

We are seeking an experienced Consolidation Controller to join our site in Modiin (Global position)

this position is part of the Corporate Accounting team and work on the quarterly SEC filings plus other preparation for earnings call.

Will participate in meetings with external auditors as required and assist the corporate team with M&A opportunities.

Would also be part of the Global SOX compliance group, in charge on performing testing and implementing controls for corporate entity, ELC, and helping SOX group with remediation of deficiencies.

Major Responsibilities

• Responsible for evaluating, implementing and monitoring internal controls in accordance with Risk Assessment and SOCD listing for corporate including ELC.
• Participant in preparing annual Training plans for SOX related materials on accounting matters.
• Responsible for WDesk with managing the certifications.
• Responsible for the financial reporting, consolidation and assist the corporate controller with all SEC Filings, XBRL review, supporting documentation and accounting research as needed.
• Preparation for the quarterly earnings call, script, slides and dealing with external auditors as needed.
• coordinates all of the pension accounting on a worldwide basis.
  
  

• Professional certification such as CPA
• 3-5 years’ experience in Corporate Accounting, focus on internal controls, SOX compliance, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and consolidation processes.
• Familiarity with US GAAP, SEC Filings, XBRL, and relevant accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
