Get to Know our Team:

Supply Operations team creates and supports processes, systems & tooling to enable commercial growth through innovations and technical platforms. We are analytical, results-driven and believe in leveraging data to inform and design the operational processes & automations that scale operations.

In this particular role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and user experience of our CRM system through regular engagements with markets, understanding gaps in the system, and collaborating with both internal and external teams, the Lead/Senior Lead will aim towards enhance the system to better serve our users and our business needs alongside deriving insights for making better business decisions.

In This Role, You’ll Get To:

• Engage proactively with markets on a regular basis to understand gaps, inefficiencies, or areas of improvement in CRM or other internal business tools with the aim of increasing adoption
• Collaborate with internal Product team, external vendor to build solutions addressing these identified needs
• Process optimization of existing business flows through innovation and automation to improve performance and efficiency metrics
• Lead large-scale projects with global impact
• Analyze data and provide insights reports based on user data, facilitating more informed business decisions by stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day queries from regional teams
  
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Master degree or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in operations management (7 years+)
• Project Management Expertise: Proven experience of independently leading mid-large scale global projects ranging of various complexity while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Technical Mindset: A genuine interest in learning about systems, tools, and logic. Previous experience with CRM systems or managing any other business tools will be beneficial
• Data & Analytical Skills: Can utilize data skills to interpret complex datasets, transforming them into actionable insights which can help stakeholders make better informed decisions, ensuring our CRM system aligns strategically with business objectives
• Strong Communication Skills: Is proactive in relaying information to stakeholders. Capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively to a diverse audience. Comfortable with both written and verbal communication
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with stakeholders across different levels and locations. Ability to understand and manage expectations and requirements effectively
• Proactive and Fast-Paced: Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, responding quickly to changes and challenges, and driving initiatives forward. Can prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ownership Mentality: A self-starter who takes full ownership of their domain, ensuring that issues are not just identified but also resolved

• MBA or Masters in a quantitative subject (e.g. computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or finance)
• Asian market experience
