Junior IT Support

A startup company in Hod Hasharon needs a Junior IT support person.

Responsibilities:

·        User management

·        Security policies

·        Dealing with suppliers & vendors

·        Business process automation

·        Troubleshooting software and hardware problems

·        Drive IT projects to completion subject to IT manager

Experience required:

·        At least 1 years of experience required

·        Ongoing handling of subjects such as Exchange, Microsoft 365, InTune, Networking, VPN, SharePoint, Entra AD.

·        Assets management: laptops and peripherals, telephony, alarm, entry and biometric identification.

General requirements:

·        High service consciousness

·        Good communication skills

·        Team player
