A growing company Developing and selling unique Trauma and Spine Orthopedic/Neurosurgery surgical implants is looking for a sales manager.

The role is including identifying and management distributors to achieve sales goals, as well as educating physicians and distributors in the operating theaters. Medical equipment sales experience is a MUST

Sales manager ROW Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, training and monitoring distributors' activities in the territory & KOL development. The Manager will also act as the clinical product knowledge source in the territory while personally training new and existing users, participate and train in surgery new physicians etc. The sales manager will report to CarboFix VP sales and marketing. Medical equipment sales experience is a MUST

Responsibilities:

·        Participate in procedures for surgeons and distributors training

·        Achieve sales goals

·       KOL development

•     Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service

•     Identifies the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses (written, telephone and face-to-face)

•     Performs field calls for the accounts and distributors assigned territory

•     Remain current on industry, customer, and competitive trends

•     Host, attend and participate in sales meetings

•     Represent the company at trade or association meetings to promote products

Required capabilities

·       Self-motivated

·       Medical Device Sales Experience

·       Previous Trauma/Spine experience is an advantage

·       Ability to travel abroad frequently

·       Energetic

·       Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage

·       Israel location - Gedera to Hedera position (Office in Herzeliya)
