Information Security And Cyber Team Member

Job Description: As an Information Security and Cyber Team Member, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing operation of information security solutions and processes within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement information security policies, collaborating with operational teams and key stakeholders.
• At least one year of experience in information security and cyber fields, including managing defense infrastructures, cyber monitoring, and ongoing security processes.
• Experience in leading projects in both infrastructure and application security.
• Manage regulatory certification processes in the field of cyber protection and information security.
• Handle technological and operational risk management, including responsibility for guiding, monitoring, and controlling projects in all aspects of information security, such as system integration, partnerships in examining information security products and services, accompanying new infrastructures and technologies, supporting information security surveys on systems and processes, and managing cyber supply chain risks and support in analyzing information security and cyber events.
• Experience in writing and updating information security policies and procedures.
• Implementing information security awareness processes within the organization.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in technical and methodological information security.
• Two years of proven experience in managing technological risks and conducting cyber surveys.
• Practical experience in managing complex information security projects.
• Broad systemic vision and understanding of business processes.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of information security standards and risk management methodologies, with an emphasis on privacy protection and GDPR.

דרישות:

• 3 שנות ניסיון לפחות בתחומי אבטחת מידע טכני ומתודולוגי.
• ניסיון מוכח של שנתיים בניהול סיכונים טכנולוגיים וסקרי סייבר.
• ניסיון מעשי בניהול פרויקטי אבטחת מידע מורכבים.
• ראייה מערכתית רחבה והבנת תהליכים עסקיים.
• יכולת עבודה בצוות ויחסי אנוש מעולים.
• שליטה באנגלית ברמה גבוהה.
• ידע בתקני אבטחת מידע ומתודולוגיות ניהול סיכונים בדגש על הגנת הפרטיות וGDPR-.
