THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a bright Product Manager to join our Mobile App Team. This is among the highest impact roles in the organization – our success or failure will come on the strength of our products. In this role you will work closely with key members of our leadership team to research, ideate, execute, launch, and iterate on new and existing products in the context of the strategic objectives of the company. Together with your team, you’ll help turn the company vision and mission into reality through setting product strategy, planning, prioritization, and execution. You will create product roadmaps from conception to launch, set & achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends and deliver innovative products that drive conversion and engagement of our millions of users.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build & own our best-in-class products, from mocking up screens to analyzing A/B test results

• Manage the delivery of multiple, complex, simultaneous development projects from design through to release

• Collaborate with cross functional teams (Dev, QA, Data Science, Computer Vision) and manage the product roadmap for new products and funnels

• Work closely with stakeholders across ODDITY’s brands, CX, and Ops to maintain and continually enhance our product

• Translate business goals into actionable product goals and lead your cross-functional partners to achieve those milestones

• Deliver, monitor, and measure the success of features launched to optimize engagement and retention

WHO YOU ARE

• 1-8 years of experience in Product roles (we are hiring across several levels)

• All-around team player, self-motivated with strong communication skills, who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to roll up sleeves and do any task to get the job done

• Hands-on, initiator, with a high level of ownership and accountability with a mindset of “getting things done”

• Impact-driven, user and business oriented with passion for developing products that people love

• Strong time management skills – ability to consistently meet deadlines, define timetables, balance multiple priorities, and manage projects to completion in a fast-paced environment

• Self-organized, process driven and can drive a project from start to finish with multiple stakeholders

• Very strong English speaker
