Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Job Description:

As a QA Automation Engineer and Production Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high quality of our software products and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

You will work closely with developers to identify and resolve issues during development and post-production.

Your responsibilities will include testing, bug tracking, and actively monitoring our production environment to provide timely support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance (QA):

2. Analyze requirements and build automation infrastructure

3. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.

4. Collaborate with development teams to identify and report software defects.

5. Perform regression testing to ensure product stability.

6. Conduct performance and load testing as needed.

7. Document test results and maintain test documentation.

Production Support:

1. Monitor production systems to ensure availability and performance.

2. Respond to customer inquiries and support requests promptly.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

4. Collaborate with developers to deploy fixes and improvements.

5. Implement proactive measures to prevent future issues.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in QA testing and production support.

2. Proven experience in independently analyze and testing and production support.

3. Familiarity with QA methodologies and tools.

4. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

6. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional support.

7. Experience with cloud-based environments is a plus.
