Professional Services Engineer

We're looking for a talented Professional Services Engineer.

Professional Services Engineers are responsible for making our most strategic customers successful.

You will lead short / long term projects at the client location and install our solution.

This team solves real world problems, using brand new technology in the cyber industry.

Responsibilities:

· Perform technical integration activities of the existing platform.

· Perform end-to-end test to verify the integration for product owner sign off.

· Business analysis to ensure that product owners requirements are clearly understood.

· Provide updates to Project Managers regarding the status of your project -deliverables;

· Support operational team with integration and new requirements launches.

Requirements:

· One year plus of experience in technical integration\ system administration \system\IT\post sale activities

· Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proven ability in delivering exceptional customer experience.

· English skills both written and verbal.

· Advantage: Experience in cyber industry

· Advantage: Experience in CyberArk\Forcepoint\MFT products
