Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in nike israel head quarters powered by cbre for a Site Lead. The Site Lead is responsible for day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair of the client's facilities. Duties include managing contractors and vendors, developing and managing budgets, providing customer service to clients, overseeing safety and environmental programs, and managing projects using project management tools.

Qualifications

• Research skills to identify issues and recommend solutions
• Project Management skills to prioritize, plan, and execute projects
• Training skills to onboard and develop team members
• Experience in facilities and property management
• Knowledge of building systems and codes
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, or PMP are a plus
